Guidelines for Proper Knife Care
- After use, wipe the blade with a cloth to remove water stains and store in a dry place to prevent corrosion and rust.
- Avoid leaving acidic or salty food juices on the blade for too long, as it can cause corrosion and rust.
- Regularly sharpen the blade to prolong the life of the knife.
- If the blade rusts, wipe it with a sponge and detergent, or use sandpaper to polish, wash, dry with a cloth, and then apply a little cooking oil.
- Do not clean knives in a dishwasher; hand washing is recommended to protect the blade.
- To ensure the effectiveness of your knife, choose different types of knives for cutting different materials.
- Store knives safely and out of children's reach.
