Handwriting lessons have been the bane of my existence for the first term of school. Then we found this! Praise the Lord!!! This book set has saved my sanity. Little guy is learning the proper way to form letters really well. He enjoys it. !!! He gets to use the drawing book as a reward for doing his letter Page well. (Which is even more fine motor practice) and I can take a much more hands-off approach to this subject. We are both happier people!
I like the smaller size of the print. It gets them ready to write on regular paper straight out of the gate. Without wasting time learning to write huge and then having to relearn the next year.
Perfect to help children learn how to write and learn young. My toddler loves learning new things everyday. This is good for them to learn pencil grip.
These books are extremely helpful for older people who have had strokes. The quicker you can get the mind to engage with the limbs the faster the recovery. Magic ink allows the books to be used over and over again. I also use the large print word search books and adult coloring books. These also help with the hand/eye coordination and fine motor skills in the hands.
I purchased for my autistic son. He hates tracing dashed or dotted lines, these erased the frustration of tracing for him. The letters are depressed in the page. The pen ink vanishes after some time. The books are on the smaller side. The pens come with replacble cartridges and the finger grips are nice too.
