Construction Steps
1. Preparation Before Construction
Clean up the dust and loose structures at the construction site to reveal a clean and intact outline of the crack. Use a pointed tool to trim it to the appropriate size for construction preparation
Clean the construction base surface
2. Regular Crack Construction
Directly insert the pointed nozzle into the crack and evenly squeeze out the product to fill the crack completely
Direct crack injection construction
3. Construction for Extra-Deep Cracks
For cracks deeper than 2 cm, it is recommended to first use leak-stopping mortar or cement powder as a base before performing crack injection. This can significantly reduce the usage of this product. Alternatively, multiple rounds of crack injection can be performed until the crack is completely filled
For cracks deeper than 2 cm
it is recommended to use cement as a base first
Applying a base before construction can significantly save on product usage
4. Construction for Hollow Cracks
This product is a viscous liquid and has fluidity before curing. Therefore, when used for hollow crack construction, the bottom of the crack needs to be covered before applying the product to prevent the adhesive from flowing away through the crack.
For hollow through cracks
first cover the bottom of the crack
Then perform crack injection to prevent the adhesive from flowing away
5. Construction for Seamless or Minor Cracks
For seamless or minor crack construction, the product can be squeezed out and applied using a scraper or brush
For small cracks or seamless conditions, the product can be directly squeezed out and applied
