Used it on my roof tiles where I had a tiny drip for months. Hasn't leaked since the last big storm we had so I guess it really works. It was super easy to just spray and walk away without having to paint it on with a brush.

Bought this because the grout in my shower was constantly getting dark spots no matter how much I bleached it. Cleaned it one last time, let it dry completely, and sprayed this all over. It’s been about a month and the grout still looks brand new. It has a pretty strong chemical smell when you first spray it so make sure you open a window and turn the fan on. Other than that it is perfect.
